A family day in WiltshireπŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§β€πŸ‘§

Good evening everybody! πŸ‘‹πŸΌ I have one word to sum up today and that is FOOD! I have had Mcdonalds, I have had pizza, I have had coke, crisps and chocolate. I am stuffed. Saying that, if someone offered me some nuggets right now I would happily say yes πŸ’ƒπŸ» food is love, food is life. πŸ”πŸŸπŸ•πŸ«

Today my parents, sister and I visited my brother, sister in law and nephew down in Wiltshire! My Nan came along too so it was lovely to see her πŸ™‚ Wiltshire is about a two hour drive from where I live so of course we had lots of music in the car! We played 80’s and 90’s music! Major throwbacks going on πŸ‘― Listening to such wonderful songs in the car has put me in the mood to make more music videos, I haven’t made one in months and I miss making them! I’m definitely going to plan a video soon.

It was really lovely to see my family. My nephew Tommy is sooo cute, he’s one year old and the happiest little chap! He always has a gorgeous smile on his face and seeing him happy makes me happy! It’s so lovely when someone’s happiness brings you happiness! Seeing Tommy smile makes my day so of course I want to do all that I can to bring a smile to his face! It was also great to see my brother and sister in law and have some great conversations with them and have quality family time! I love being with my family and I am grateful that I have a good relationship with my brother and sister in law so its always a lovely time when we go to visit them ☺️ I can’t wait to see them again! My brother and sister in law also got me a bottle of Vodka for Christmas, the label said it was from Tommy but I’m pretty sure it’s my brother who bought it, if I still have to have my ID checked then I’m pretty sure a one year old isn’t going to get served alcohol 😝 I am all set for New Years Eve now, Vodka is the perfect gift! πŸ‘πŸΌ

I am now at home and watching my favourite show ‘Made In Chelsea’. I love it!! I have had a really lovely day with my family and I am thankful we all got to spend time together! Family time is always lovely! ❀️

I hope you have all had a lovely day today and have a great week! Thankyou so much for reading, lots of love, Jennie ❀️ xxxxxxxx

P.S as I have been writing this I have eaten two waffles and chocolate crispy bites from Marks and Sparks! I have honestly eaten enough food today to set me up for the rest of the week πŸ˜… I am going to have a food baby 😱

A successful day at work✨

Good evening everybody!! How are you all doing!!? ☺️ Since I said I was going to post everyday this week I thought I would post tonight, even though I posted this morning. Why not eh!? I like blogging πŸ™‚

As I said this morning, I had work today and I have some great news, I beat yesterdays target so myself and my colleague are going to get commission woooo! I’m so happy ☺️ It means I am going to have more money to spend in VICTORIAS SECRET when I go to London at the end of January, buzzing! I love that I took loads and loads of money yesterday as it means I am doing a good job and hopefully I am impressing my managers! Today was also really busy at work so I am sure I took lots of money today aswell as yesterday! Β I just love making lots of money as I feel a sense of achievement, obviously a huge part of my job is about the sales so the more money I take the more successful I am! I also learnt some computer related stuff today to do with my work, which I have wanted to be able to do since I started but for some reason I couldn’t get to grips with what I had to do, but fortunately a lovely lady from one of the other counters showed me how to do it! You learn something new everyday 😝 So lots has been achieved at work today! I am looking forward to my next day at work and I am going to make sure I am the most polite and friendly sales person ever! I’m always looking for ways to improve myself πŸ’ƒπŸ»

I am so happy that I had a good day at work today and now I am just at home with my family, playing The Sims 😝 Β I think I am going to do some reading in a little while, I have a book called ‘The Pocket Wife’ by Susan Crawford which I have had for months but haven’t got round to reading yet so tonight is the night to start reading it! Whats your favourite book?

I hope you all have a lovely evening, thankyou for reading, love Jennie ❀️

My ChristmasπŸŽ„

Good morning everybody!! πŸ‘‹πŸΌ Oh how I want to stay in bed but I have to go to work instead! Thankfully I have a job which I love, so it’s all good πŸ™‚

I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas! I am already excited for next year, Christmas really is the best time of the year, nothing can beat that festive feeling! I visited my grandparents on Christmas day along with my parents and sister and it was lovely! I love my grandparents lots, they are so funny! It was really nice to see them and hopefully I can visit them again soon, they live in Surrey which is about an hours drive away from where I live so we don’t visit as often as I would like but hopefully this coming year we will get to see them more!

When my parents, sister and I got home we opened our presents! 🎁🎁 I got lots of lovely and thoughtful gifts, I got loads of Victorias Secret body lotions, a bingo game, a make-up brush holder, a Spanish flag charm from Pandora which I have wanted for months and a beautiful Pandora ring! I am so blessed and fortunate! As well as receiving gifts, I also love giving presents to the people I love! I love to spoil my loved ones at Christmas! I bought my mum a ‘Lewis’ boxset and a ‘Midsummer Murders’ boxset along with a couple of other little bits! I bought my sister the ‘Ghost’ perfume and of course I bought my dad something ‘Ted’ related! He loves it!

Yesterday I had to go to work whilst all my family were at home together! But apparantly mum was asleep all day so I didn’t miss much! I had a really low target at work yesterday so hopefully I took enough to hit commission! I want the sense of achievement that comes with hitting target and of course I want the extra money! πŸ˜πŸ’°βœ¨ I will find out today what I made yesterday, keep your fingers crossed for me πŸ˜‰

After work my family and I played games together! So much fun! We played Bingo and a quiz game, I love general knowledge quizzes because it’s so much fun to see how much I know! I love winning 😏 My family mean so much to me so I love the fact that we are spending quality time together whilst playing games!

So that’s my little Christmas update, my aim is to blog everyday this week, so today through to Saturday! I’m excited!

I hope you have a lovely day today, thankyou so much for reading! Lots of love, Jennie. xxxxxxxxxxxx

Payday Treats! πŸ’„

HELLO EVERYBODY!! It’s Christmas Eve!! πŸŽ„πŸŽ„

Having recently been paid, I decided to treat myself to some new make-up ready for Christmas! I just couldn’t resist! After all I did neeeed all of these products, they’re all essential make-up items! πŸ˜‰ In all honesty, even if I was a billionaire I think I would find a way to spend every penny on cosmetic items, you can never have too much make-up!

The first item I bought is the YSL Touche Eclat concealer, which is my all time favourite concealer! Whenever I have run out, I am straight back at the YSL counter buying a new one! This gives a light / medium coverage which is perfect for me! I use it on my under eye area and on any blemishes I may have, after applying my foundation. The Touche Eclat has a lovely light feel to it, so you don’t have to worry about feeling like you have too much make-up on! My favourite thing about this concealer is the highlighting qualities it has! The Touche makes for an absolutely stunning highlight, especially if you want something a little more natural yet effective! I love to highlight with the Touche and I would strongly reccommend this product if you’re looking for a beautiful, natural highlighting product! I also love this concealer as it always finishes off my look, I put this on after my contour and blush and it makes it super easy to blend it all together! It is easy to carry around in a make-up bag so you can touch up your face throughout the day without having to worry about carrying around a bulky foundation since this can sort out any blemishes that may pop up!

I then bought the Rollerlash mascara from Benefit as I have heard some really good things about this product! The Rollerlash mascara comes with a curved brush which I love as it lifts up the lashes and creates more of a curl than a round brush would. I’ve only used the Rollerlash the once since I bought it so I can’t form a full opinion on the product just yet, but I wasn’t as impressed as I thought I would be buy the products, I think that is due to the very high expectations I had for it! I’m sure the more I use this mascara the more I will like itΒ it, I am looking forward to wearing it tomorrow!

The last thing I bought is the Bobbi Brown shimmer brick compact in Pink! This was a last minute buy as I originally wanted to buy the Nars ‘Reckless’ highlighter but they were out of stock and Bobbi Brown was then suggested to me! I have never bought anything from this brand before but I am very impressed!! The quality of this product is to a high standard and you can definitely tell. This is beautiful for highlighting and creates a stunning strobe effect, I am so happy with this product and I have been using it every day ! This is also great for those lazy days where you don’t want to do a full contour / blush look as you can brush this highlight on and it creates lots of definition! I feel like this product can make my face look really sculpted! I will definitely be purchasing this again and again and trying out more Bobbi Brown products!

That’s all of the make-up that I bought and I hope you enjoyed this post! Have

you tried any of these products? If so, let me know what you think of them!!

Have a lovely, lovely evening! Thankyou so much for reading ❀️ Lots of love, Jen

A friendship reunion!

Hi! How are you!? I am so ready to relax, I have been on my feet all day, working and shopping!

Work was really good today, both me and my manager were on counter today which was lovely as we don’t always work together, she is so nice! I couldn’t ask for a friendlier or nicer colleague! It was so busy today and I had an amazing customer who spent lots of money!! Hello commission πŸ‘‹πŸΌ I’m all about the commission right now, my goal for 2016 is to save as much money as possible, I’ll be having tap water and two courses instead of three whenever I go out for dinner from now on! I am determined 😍

After work I met up with my friend Hannah, who I haven’t seen in two years! Crazy! We went to secondary school together but since she has been at University we haven’t seen each other, but now we have finally been reunited! It didnt’t feel like we hadn’t seen each other in a long time, it felt really natural! I suppose we message each other very frequently on facebook so it’s not like we haven’t spoken in a long time!Β It was lovely to see her, have a catch up and spend some time together! I am so happy we got to see each other! Hannah is a really great friend, she has always been there for me and is so caring! She is a smart, funny, kind young woman and I am thankful to have her as a friend!

Now I am just watching ‘Only Fools and Horses’ and playing The Sims! I am going to read the rest of my book, ‘The Night Circus’ in a little while, I have less than 100 pages left, I’m excited to see how the story turns out!

I hope you all have had a lovely day today πŸ™‚ Thankyou for reading! Lots of love, Jennie xxxxxxxxxx

Night’s out and a Sleepover πŸ‘

Hi! It’s been a few days since I last posted so I thought I’d do some writing and keep things up to date on the blog ☺️

On Sunday I went out to Pink Punters with a few of my good friends: Emily, Daisy and Chantal! It was a fun night, it was just a bit too busy, I much prefer it a little quieter so there is room to dance! I could barely do the elbow dance due to the lack of space, I am not about that life! I still had a fun time and made some good memories, our taxi driver on the way to the club was mad! He played ‘The time of my life’ by BLACK EYED PEAS so loudly so the girls and I were full on raving in the car, it was funny! My next night out will probably be NYE and I am looking forward to it! Last year I had a great night out for NYE, I am sure this year will be just as fabulous! I am thankful that I have a night out with my friends to look forward to πŸ’ƒπŸ» πŸ’ƒπŸ» I love my friends and I am looking forward to making some great memories with them this NYE!

Yesterday I spent the day with my sister ZoΓ« and slept over at her flat! It’s the first time I have visited her new place and it is so lovely, she has done it up beautifully! I love it! It has inspired me to save up for my own place next year, I would love to get on the property ladder in the next couple of years so next year I am going to save, save, save! I had a really lovely time with ZoΓ«, it was so lovely to have a sleepover, it has made me want to watch ‘The Sleepover Club’! We watched ‘The Duff’ which is a very funny movie and we also watched ‘Modern Family’ and ‘The Love Machine’. ‘The Love Machine’ is an old dating show and it is hilarious, I had never seen it before last night but wow it’s brilliant, I am going to watch more tonight! It’s sassy and funny and I would very much suggest watching it! I am so thankful that ZoΓ« had me over to stay and it was lovely to bond with her! I can’t wait to see her on Christmas Eve πŸ‘πŸŽ„

Today I have bought more Christmas presents and played The Sims! I really would like to be more productive! With 2016 fast approaching, one thing I want to do in the next few days is make a Vision Board of everything I want to attract into my life in the coming year! I’m excited to make one, perhaps that will be my project for Thursday! All my pictures of myself and friends / family are still in storage so I am going to draw us all as stick figures and write all my loved ones names down by the figure! I will maybe write a post up about my Vision Board once I have made it!

So thats all I have to update you on! I think it’s time to get back into writing daily posts, especially when I have things to write about! It’s something I enjoy so as of today, the daily posts are coming back. As always thankyou so much for reading. Lots of love, Jen! xxxxxxxx

Feeling Festive! πŸŽ„

Good morning everybody πŸ™‚ It’s one week until Christmas! Who is excited? I know I am πŸ™‹πŸ»πŸ™‹πŸ» Since the festive day is just one week away, I thought I would write up a little list of my favourite things about Christmas! Before I start though, can I just say I can’t believe we are nearing the end of the year, two weeks and we will be saying goodbye to 2015 and hello 2016! I can’t wait, I am so ready for a new year! But I’m getting ahead of myself now, first we have CHRISTMAS to celebrate! So here is a list of a few things I love about Christmas β€οΈπŸŽ„

  1. ADVENT CALENDERS! Nothing beats a chocolate advent calender, with small Christmas themed treats waiting behind every door! Whats it going to be today, a stocking, a Santa? The anticipation! There is also nothing that can beat the feeling you get when you wake up and realise you forgot to eat yesterdays chocolate, so now today you have two to eat! It’s the little things in life! When I was younger I used to have the greatest advent calender, it was a 3D nativity set with a cardboard Jesus, Mary and Joseph! It was amazing, I have wanted another nativity themed calender for years but I can’t seem to find one anywhere! If you know where I can find one, please let me know!
  2. CHRISTMAS CARDS. Okay, so this one doesn’t apply so much now as I don’t really send many cards out, I only really give them to people I buy presents for these days, but back in the day it used to be one of the most exciting things, sending and receiving cards! Writing the list of who you want to send a card to was always fun and made me feel really festive! Who remembers the postbox they would have at primary school where you could post your Christmas cards and one lucky student would get to deliver them to each different class!? I miss that so so much, it was literally one of the best things about Christmas! I remember sitting in a circle with the rest of my class, anticipation rising as each card got passed around and then the absolute excitement I felt when I received one! I loved it! I think it might be time to bring the Christmas card giving process back, next year I’m gonna go Christmas card crazy!
  3. PRESENTS! Buying presents, receiving presents, you just can’t go wrong with presents! I absolutely love treating people at Christmas, filling up a gift bag with all things exciting! I absolutely love treating people and putting thought into what to buy them and making sure I get them what they want. It’s also a lot of fun when someone is easy to buy for, you can go present crazy because there is so much you know they will be happy to receive! I also LOVE receiving presents, lets face it, who doesn’t? Seeing your name on a label on a gift under the tree and wondering what’s wrapped up in the parcel is very exciting! 🎁
  4. FAMILY TIME! I always spend Christmas day with my family and I love it, Christmas is a time where its guaranteed I am going to see my loved ones and spend quality time with them, I am really looking forward to it this year, spending a day with my family full of love and happiness! Having a festive day with my family is one of the main reasons I am looking forward to Christmas as I love love love being with my family and I know this will be a good day and we will all be happy in each others company! πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§β€πŸ‘§
  5. CHRISTMAS TREES! I still haven’t put my Christmas tree up yet! We always get our tree around the 21st/22nd of December whereas a lot of people get it on the first! How funny! I do love the smell of a real Christmas tree, it always makes me feel Christmassy! I can imagine the smell as I am typing this now, so good! I hope we get our tree soon as I need that scent in my life! πŸŽ„
  6. CELEBRATIONS! The standard chocolates we always get as a family at Christmas! Mum always buys a tub and they are so yummy! The maltesers and galaxy chocolates are definitely the best! 😍 Lets face it, its not just the celebrations that are delicious, all food at Christmas is Heavenly!

So there you have it, my list of things I adore about Christmas / things that make me feel festive! I hope if you read this it made you feel very festive! I hope you are looking forward to Christmas! What are you looking forward to the most!?

Thankyou so much for reading, have a lovely day! Lots of love, Jennie, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
