Hello everybody, 4 days no update! I can’t believe we are only on the 4th of January and I am already doing a post entitled ‘2016 so far’! I’m such a wally, I’m going to make sure that I write blog posts more often. I have been quite busy these past couple of days, I should of blogged! πŸ™ˆ I really want to work hard on my blog and whack out some good posts! I have got a few planned, one should be up later on tomorrow ✨

Other than my 2015 highlights post, I haven’t filled you in on my life since 2015, omg! 😝 So I went out to Pinks on NYE, which is in my opinion the best nightclub in my area! I had such an amazing time, it was the perfect start to the year spent with my favourite people! I had such a fun time dancing the night away. πŸ’ƒπŸ» We got to Pinks around 10ish and we were out till about 3! Thats 5 hours of dancing, who needs the gym eh? Of course at the end of the night we went to the diner and got some cheesy chips which is an absolute must before leaving Pinks! I had such a laugh in the diner when we were all sat down eating, we bumped into some guys we vaguely knew through another friend and we just had so much banter! One of the guys looked like Dan Howell and I mentioned this to Emily. Emily told me she had watched Dan Howells videos that week and I completely fangirled over the fact she watched him and now the name ‘Dan Howell’ is just so funny to me! I am so happy I had such a fabulous start to 2016 with my gorgeous friends! Of course the rest of the day I spent hungover sat on my sofa watching tv, I didn’t shower until 5pm!

Saturday I spent with my family at home. I live with my parents so it was the three of us and my sister, nieces and Nan all came over too! Nan bought our Christmas presents and I got a Waterstones voucher! I am so excited to spend it but I am waiting for my trip to London at the end of the month so I can have a huge shopping spree! I am going to buy ‘Lolita’ and possibly a book which I’ve had my eye on for a while, ‘After the Crash’. I had a lovely family afternoon, my nieces bring me so much joy! They are the sweetest, funny girls and they always put a smile on my face! I’m glad I got to spend a lovely afternoon with my family. Later on that evening, my parents and I decided to watch a film! I bought my dad ‘Forrest Gump’ for Christmas as he had mentioned to me before that he wanted to see it. ‘Forrest Gump’ is a brilliant film, a little emotional but really good! I really enjoyed watching it and I am happy that I did, if my dad hadn’t of wanted to watch it I probably would never have thought to watch it myself. It’s a very long film but it’s entertaining throughout. I would suggest watching this film, it’s very thought provoking! I also noticed how parts of the film have influenced other movies that have come out since! I had a lovely time watching ‘Forrest Gump’ with my parents, they enjoyed the film too so I am very happy about that πŸ™‚

Yesterday I had work and I had a really good day, I found out today that I took double the amount that all the other drugstore brands had taken! So good!! We are so close to target this month, 100% commission is definitely in the bag! I was reminded today that this months payday is double commission, so whatever commission I earnt last month will be doubled! YES! I love it! Yesterday at work I also managed to help my colleague out, I mentioned in a previous post how I had finally learnt some of the computer related stuff, well yesterday I got to pass what I had learnt onto another lady who didn’t know how to do it! She was so grateful which was so lovely! All the people I work with are so kind and helpful so I am happy that I got the chance to help someone out myself! I ended up going out last night too! I was still buzzing from New Years Eve so I was well up for a night out. It turned out to be a really funny night, everything that happened was just so perfect. I even got a shoutout for Dan Howell, when I heard the dj say his name I almost choked on my drink! It was so busy last night and I saw so many people that I know which was great! It was a good night and I had so much fun dancing, I literally love dancing! 2016 goal is to become a better dancer haha. πŸ’ƒπŸ»πŸ’ƒπŸ» It was lovely to see my friends and have fun with them πŸ™‚ I am glad that Daisy persuaded me to go out! Of course Emily and I ended up in the diner at the end of the night, standard. Cheesy chips for the win! I am so excited for my next night out this coming weekend!

Today I went to Bella Italia with Emily which was really nice. I tried a new starter, it was ‘pizza spirale’ which was nice but so filling and cheesy, I would only get it again if it was to share as for myself alone it was too much. I am glad I tried it though as I enjoy trying new things. For my main I got spaghetti bolognaise which was so yummy! I always get spag bol when I go to Bella Italia. I only paid Β£8 for my food as we had a 40% off voucher, so good! It’s always good to get a cheeky voucher before you go out to eat anywhere, as it saves you so much money! I also just had water to drink as I am saving money at the moment and also trying to drink more water! I could not believe the waitress however, as I paid with cash and she told me she didn’t have enough change to give me back! She was going to short change me, surely she could of gone to the till to get the correct change!? I couldn’t believe it, is short changing even allowed? Surely if you were working in a store you couldn’t just say you didn’t have enough change! Luckily after rummaging around in her change belt she found the correct amount I was owed so I am happy the situation was sorted! After lunch Emily and I went to the travel agents to look into prices for Disneyland! We are going to stay in a different hotel this time, I can’t wait to get it booked! I’m so excited! I had a really nice afternoon with Emily! I am thankful to have her as my bestie!

Tonight I went to the pub with my parents which was nice, I was so tired so I was full on slouching over the table haha. I felt so full up from lunch so I wasn’t feeling my best but I still had a nice time with my mum and dad πŸ™‚ I love them both so much!

I can’t wait to sleep in tomorrow and write up another blog post! Woop woop πŸ’ƒπŸ» I have had a really fun, happy start to 2016 and I am excited for the rest of the year, I have lots planned! I hope you have all had a fabulous start to the year! Thankyou so much for reading, lots of love Jennie ❀️ xxxxxxxxxx
