Hiya beautiful people 😘 Today’s post is something I have never done before, a product empties. Since I’ve had a few used up products scattered around my room for the past few weeks I thought I may as well put them to good use and write up a post all about them. So read on if you would like to see what products I have used up recently and what I have thought of them.
YSL Touche Eclat concealer.
I have gone through so many of these this year already, I love the Touche so much. This concealer gives a light coverage and has a lovely soft, creamy texture. I also use this as a highlighter as it reflects light beautifully and creates a strobed effect whilst still looking natural. The Touche will always be one of my makeup must haves!
YSL Babydoll mascara.
The YSL Babydoll mascara is perfect for everyday wear, lengthening lashes for a natural, elegant look. I will definitely repurchase this mascara again.
Loreal Paris So Couture super liner.
This eyeliner came as a free gift along with some other Loreal products and I loved it instantly. It’s a pen liner with a thin tip and is really easy to apply, meaning there’s no hassle when it comes to creating that perfect wing. This liner is very similar to Loreals ‘Perfect Slim’, which is one of my favourite eyeliners. Unfortunately the So Couture liners aren’t for sale, but luckily I have another one ready to use as I got two free gifts!
Loreal Lumi Magique highlighting pen.
This highlighting pen is basically a cheaper version of YSL’s Touche. I found this concealer to be a little weaker than the touche, so whilst I do like this product I don’t think I would buy it again.
Dior Addict lipgloss in the shade ‘ 686 Fancy Purple’.
This is the best lipgloss that I have ever used and I can’t wait to be able to repurchase another one. At £22 it’s definitely on the expensive side but I would state it’s worth every single penny. The shade 686 is a beautiful, shimmery pink and it looks extra stunning when the shimmer is caught in the light! The colour payoff is excellent and unlike other glosses this one doesn’t feel sticky. I would definitely reccommend the Dior lipglosses as they are such good quality and I will definitely be repurchasing this, I would like to try some other shades too.
There you have it, all my current product empties. As much as I don’t want my products to run out, I am looking forward to doing my next product empties post because it’s really fun to look back at all the products I have used up.
