Don’t worry, be happy. 💛

“Worrying doesn’t stop the bad things from happening, it just keeps you from enjoying the good”.

This is something I bare in mind often, so if and when something is troubling me I am able to push aside the negative vibes fairly easily.

In my opinion, worrying is a lose / lose situation. What is the point in worrying, what does it solve? Nothing. It just keeps you from enjoying the good.

Yes, there will be times in our lives that we feel troubled and worried about a situation. Worrying is a part of life, but it doesn’t have to be.

I am a big believer in positive thinking and feeling good.

I strongly believe that as long as we feel good and send out happy, positive vibes to the Universe then what will be returned to us is more positivity and reasons to feel good.

Like attracts like, so as you think positive thoughts you attract more positivity. So as you think worrying thoughts, you are attracting more and more things to worry about.

Surely the life we all want to live is a peaceful, happy one?

If you are worried about a situation it’s understandable you would want to give it some thought and look for ways to try and solve the problem.

But don’t dwell on it, believe in the perfect resolution and let it go.

If you are consumed with worry how on Earth are you going to enjoy the moments you have been blessed with?

Live in the moment and enjoy everything.

Forget about your worries, accept that what will be will be, focus on all that you do want.

Focus on enjoying your life and feeling good so you can be sure that that is what you keep attracting back to you – a happy, positive life.
