‘Could You Fall For A Woman Like Me?’ Outfit Of The Day

Hello beautiful people and welcome back to my blog.

It’s one of my favourite times today because it’s outfit of the day time, YAS! I am so excited because I love sharing outfit of the day’s and look books, and this one is long overdue!

Today’s post is actually inspired by the beautiful Cordelia, who left a comment on my ‘Pink Friday Outfit Of The Day’ which I shared back in August, stating that she loves a leather jacket and jeans look which started a little discussion about me sharing an ‘ootd’ featuring the leather jacket I own, which funnily enough, was actually gifted to me by my beautiful sister. I say ‘funnily enough’ because the dress I wore in the ‘Pink Friday Outfit Of The Day’ was also a gift, so basically I am #gifted and as I like to say ‘I’m always receiving gifts of abundance’. Ooh you know I love an affirmation.

So anyway, after being inspired by Cordelia to create an outfit of the day featuring my leather jacket I knew I wanted to do it properly, making sure I put together the perfect ensemble. I decided to look online for some faux leather trousers to go with the jacket, and put together a little look I like to call the ‘Woman Like Me’ outfit of the day, since it’s sassy, chic, and the colour of the top reminds me a little of Perrie Edwards’ look from Little Mix’s ‘Woman Like Me’ music video…

Overall I absolutely love this outfit. I feel like a sassy, stylish, confident Queen in this look and I am so grateful to Cordelia for inspiring me to put this outfit together because now, it’s one of my go to’s. I love the neon in the faux leather trousers, which adds that extra sass, and the green top is just my fave!!! I wear this outfit a lot, and I got complimented on the trousers so much when I was in New York, he he. This is definitely one of my favourite outfits at the moment because it makes me feel so powerful, the colours go so well together and the trousers are so stylish. This outfit is totally perfect for this time of year too, being that even though my top is crop (as always), the trousers at least keep my legs warm, he he! Of course, I had to style the look with my Burberry boots, because they totally just add to the sass. I love this outfit!!!!!!! I am so excited to wear it again soon!

What’s your favourite item from this look? For me it would have to be the trousers, as they’re so cool and fun, but I also adore the top just as much for the colour, and how could I forget the Burberry boots? Okay, every piece from the outfit is my favourite ha ha, I simply couldn’t pick one item I love more. They’re all stars in their own right.
