She contemplated checking to see if Ryan had replied, knowing her meditation would still be there after she checked her texts. No, she checked herself, ‘I choose me’. Placing her hands on her heart, Lily felt gratitude towards herself, and as she rested into a deep meditation, her happiness grew and grew. Opening her eyes after a few blissful moments of peace, she pulled open her curtains and saw a beautiful rainbow, birds and butterflies drifting on by. ‘Choose yourself, and you’ll be rewarded’ the words flashed through Lily’s mind, and she smiled. Lily Living, for her own happiness.
Choose yourself, & you’ll be rewarded. Shine bright beautiful, you are so worthy of all the good life has to offer, you are worthy of happiness.
